In short

CyberGhost suits people who buy a long plan and want a 45-day refund window1. Deloitte reviewed its servers and no-logs setup in 2022, 2024 and 2025, and its transparency report covers the first half of 20265,6. The catch: there is no 1-year plan, the 2-year plan more than doubles in yearly cost at renewal, and only 7 devices connect at once1,3.

Best for: People who buy a 2-year plan and want a long refund window.
