CloudTalk
CloudTalk suits teams that care about published security documents and number coverage in many countries. Essential at €29 is the entry point for IVR and skill routing, and a power dialer is a €15 add-on below Expert. Listening, whispering, barging, wallboards and WhatsApp need Expert at €49 with a 3-user minimum. The catch: its terms name no uptime percentage.
Ringover
Ringover suits small teams that want recording, an IVR and queues without paying for a higher tier, as long as they have three users and accept a 12-month term. Supervisor coaching, the dialer and the live dashboard need Business at $49. The terms name a 99.95% monthly availability target with credits if it is missed. The catch: the security page names no SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification.
